Strong background in the valuation of closely-held business entities for taxation purposes, buy/sell arrangements, ESOP updates; Proficient in the valuation of Intangible and Other assets for financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States and also with International Financial Reporting Standards for publicly traded companies and due diligence and comfort letters for merger and acquisition transactions. |
